Welcome to Graceful Pines Counseling & Consultation, PLLC. I am honored to walk alongside you during this season of growth, healing, and reflection.
Please review the information below to help ensure your first appointment goes as smoothly as possible.
To secure your scheduled appointment, all intake paperwork must be completed within 24 hours of booking your session.
If paperwork is not completed within this timeframe, your appointment may be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled.
After scheduling, you will receive an email with instructions to access your secure Client Portal. All required forms and intake documents will be completed through the portal. The system is user friendly and can be accessed from any device.
Once your portal access has been set up, I will follow up with you regarding next steps and appointment details.
Your Client Portal allows you to:
Complete required paperwork and intake forms
Manage and request appointments
Access telehealth sessions (if applicable)
Communicate regarding scheduling needs

To maintain a safe, calm, and therapeutic environment for all clients, the following guidelines apply:
Children may not be left unattended in the office at any time.
Running in the office is not permitted.
For children participating in play therapy, a parent or guardian must remain on site during the session, either in the waiting area or in their vehicle.
Children may not be dropped off and left during their scheduled appointment time.
