I offer a free 10-minute phone consultation to answer your questions and help you determine if I am a good fit for your needs.
Sessions are available:

A $100 deposit is required for all initial appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your first session fee.
The deposit is fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Insurance Information
Graceful Pines Counseling is private pay only and does not accept insurance. However, if your insurance plan offers out of network benefits, I can provide a superbill upon request so that you may submit it directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Because insurance policies vary, I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to learn more about your out of network mental health benefits.
If I can't afford your fees, what other counseling options are available?
I understand that the session fees may not fit into every budget. You can find lower-cost options in the Jefferson/Longview area via Open Path Collective or Open Counseling.
